Streetwise Marketing Workshop: Do something Different and Build Real Customer Loyalty
Why should your prospects and even existing customers choose you rather than your competitors?
This workshop will equip you to identify or create something different about your business – a Unique Sales Proposition or Differential Advantage.
We’ll consider new ways of looking at guarantees, because they may become a key part of how you position your business as being different. Once your customers have bought goods and service from you they’ll know what is different about you, and hopefully they’ll like and value it. It then becomes a question of how you build customer loyalty in those customers you really want - so we’ll look at how you create a “WOW” factor and maximise your customers’ lifetime value to your business.
By the end of the workshop you will be well on the way to creating a new USP and guarantee, you’ll have defined your ideal customer, created a members’ kit and considered ways to crate the WOW factor amongst your customers or clients.
Preparation: It would be useful if you brought a list of your business’s current customers to the workshop with you, or at least refreshed your memory about who they are, and gave some consideration to which are the best – and worst – ones, and why.
